Alicia’s grandfather opened his first Real Estate office in Soquel, California in 1964. Her father would join him in 1987, and now Alicia is a part of that legacy of service. She is a native of Santa Cruz County who understands the communities, neighborhoods and the local values that make the Central Coast special. 

Alicia focused her studies at UC Davis on Communications/Marketing and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. These skills provide her the opportunity to understand, implement and achieve her client’s goals and needs. Alicia is part of a younger generation of Realtors’ effectuating new technologies, creative unique marketing programs and yet not forgetting the traditions of personal, friendly and professional service.
