Nick was 10/10 helpful, clear, and on time during our buying process! We used his father's services in 2020 to sell our Aptos house, and they did an outstanding job and couldn't use anyone else but them. His expertise in the area and the helpful team were fantastic! Nick was patient with us during the whole buying process as we were doing a 1031 Exchange from one investment property to Seascape.
